Tonight we had a home meet at the Y...SOOOO imagine the excitement when Brenna comes running up into the bleachers yelling Mama Mama look what Maddy did! The coaches decided it would be team spirit to write cool sayings on the kids bodies! Lots of swim teams do it and the kids love it~ Brenna was thrilled!

Well~My sweet Maddy decided to take it a step further...instead of the fine point marker the coaches use.. that generally come off quite easily.....Maddy got her little grubbies on a thick permanent black sharpie marker! She decided Brenna would be the one with the most team spirit...." HMMM Satruday Baptism...sharpie art~ Doesn't sound like a great combination to me....

This is Brenna's chest, I could see "HI" All the way across the pool! Her arms were covered from her shoulders to her hands! Brenna was a walking billboard. You could see Brenn wherever she went all you had to do was read her!

This is Brenna's uvula (in the back part of her throat), usually seen when under a great deal of pressure. The poor thing was so scared it wouldn't come off I could hardly get her to sit still for pictures. Maddy felt terrible and had all the faith in the world that she would scrub Brenna clean even if it took comet cleanser and a scouring pad! Good thing for other moms that have encountered "the attack of the sharpie marker!" The girls must have asked around because they had the answer before I could even ask anyone about it.

The girls went right to work, I didn't even have to suggest it...Funny thing....Brenna is laying right over the laugh often sign! This will go down in the history books of a time when we all got a good laugh not to mention a great lesson on baptism and being made clean again! We love you Maddy and Brenna~Thanks for the laughter!

Swim team has been a great summer past time! This was picture day.... I had my own photo session and saved a bundle!
